This weekend is an opportunity to witness theater outdoors at Maple Grove's Town Green. It's where Maple Grove-based Cross Community Players is putting on its version of "Once Upon a Mattress."
Performances are tonight and Saturday, both at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
"Once Upon a Mattress" is a musical comedy based on the fairy tale "The Princess and the Pea."
