Providence Softball Beats Breck for 10th Straight Win:

The Providence Academy softball team won its 10th straight game Wednesday edging Breck 5-4. The Mustangs took a 2-0 lead in the second inning on two run-scoring groundouts before the Lions chipped away. Stella Serie, Cami Weber and Taylor Asche all drove in runs with hits to give Providence a 5-2 lead through six innings. Breck scored twice in the seventh including one run on a single from Lex Ulrich but Providence pitcher Asche notched her eighth strikeout of the game to end it.
