Robbinsdale Once Again Offers Flocculation Plant Tours:

If it's summer, that means the City of Robbinsdale once again is ready to show off one of its unique features: the flocculation plant on Crystal Lake. The facility helps clean and filter excess nutrients from run-off and other sources in the lake.
